1. Agreement
By accessing or using IZNIR, you agree to these terms with the operating organization ("we", "us"). If you use IZNIR on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
IZNIR provides tools to define, validate, test, certify, and export AI skills. Features may change as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use according to your organization's security process.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass security, overload systems, access data you are not authorized to view, or use the service to build or deploy illegal or harmful applications.
5. Content and skills
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant the operator a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to run the service. Marketplace listings may be governed by additional publisher terms.
6. Third-party AI providers
Features that call external model APIs are subject to those providers' terms and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for API keys, costs, and compliance when connecting third-party services.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. Certification and tests do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for human review and for meeting regulatory obligations in your sector.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate for your deployment (for example in-app notice or email).
